This TR3A engine #32387E was purchased soon after buying a 1960 Triumph TR3A Roadster five years ago. The engine came complete with many additional major items that were also complete.This extra engine was purchased for the spare parts and the potential of building a "competition-style" engine for the car. Instead, the engine was strapped to it's current rolling stand, no parts were removed, and the engine never disassembled. It turns freely and Marvel Mystery Oil was added to the cylinders.The history of the engine is unknown, other than it had run in the past. No attempts were made to start the engine during my ownership, as it did not come with a starter. The transmission housing was included.
